Try it before you buy it
The 7-day trial exists so that nobody has to buy Nitro to find out whether it works for them. It is the evaluation period, it runs on your own store, your own theme and your own host, and it costs nothing — no account, no card, nothing to cancel.
Use it. It is the same extension, complete, with every system switched on. If Nitro is going to disagree with your theme, your host or a module you depend on, the trial is where you will find that out, at no cost and with nothing to reclaim.
If it does not work for you
If you buy a licence and then find that Nitro does not work on your host, tell us. We would rather fix it than keep the money for something that is not working — most problems of this kind are a setting or a host quirk, and they are usually solved in one exchange of email.
If it cannot be made to work on your store, get in touch and we will sort it out. That is the honest position, written plainly rather than dressed up as a policy: this is a small vendor, refunds are handled by a person reading your message, and we have no interest in holding on to a payment for an extension you cannot use.
What this is not
This page does not promise a fixed money-back window, because there isn't one to promise. We are not going to publish a number we have not committed to; a made-up guarantee is worth less than a real conversation.
What is fixed is the trial: 7 days, free, per store domain, before any money changes hands.

Write to [email protected], or use the support form. Tell us the store domain, the email the licence was issued to, and what went wrong. The more of the detail listed on the support page you include, the shorter the conversation.
